ok, so I can’t handle jillian. obviously. if you read yesterday’s post you saw that I had a meltdown. I don’t know what my deal was, but I just couldn’t finish day six. today I decided that I’ll take a new approach. I’m not giving up on my fitness goals.  just giving up on jillian– for now. I’ve decided that I’ll start running again everyday and will do the ‘tone it up‘ workouts for strength building/muscle toning. I downloaded all of their printable workouts today and plan to put them all in a cute notebook with calendars, progress charts, recipes, ect. what do ya’ll think? will this work?
