so, I’m still obsessed with the ‘tone it up’ girls and discovered that they have created this protein powder- perfect fit protein. I’m looking for a quick and easy way to get extra protein in my diet. it would be difficult for me to roll up to work with a canister of whey protein and make a smoothie. {I would get stares from the fat hater bitches in my office}.

has any one tried this stuff? or does anyone have suggestions on easy way to incorporate more protein into an 8 hour desk job day? p.s. I don’t eat red meat or pork. let me know, fitness people.
