it occurred to me why I’m feeling so discouraged about this jillian ‘ripped in 30’ mess. I’ve been using only 3 pound weights! no wonder I’m not feeling a thing post-workout. I bought five pound weights and whoa! such a huge difference. now I’m back to huffing and puffing like I was when I started this routine last week. I think these heavier weights are what I need to step up my game. only two days left in week one. can’t believe I’ve stuck it out this long!
oh yeah- no one ever said if they’ve tried the ‘tone it up’ girls stuff. I signed up for their newsletter, and I swear they are SO gorg! the little one is the epitome of what I want my end result to be.
