today is day one/week one- again. I did the jillian michaels “ripped in 30” dvd on thursday, but didn’t wake up as sore a I wanted to. I attempted day two on friday, but that was interrupted by some ridiculousness {more on this later, maybe. let’s just say that this incident motivated me so much more}. I was out of town this weekend, so I’m starting over tonight. and I plan to go hard.
